3000BC Independent Skincare Advisors must purchase a starter kit for $199.00, which includes a personal website, online tools, products and business supplies for four shows. New Advisors may also choose to purchase a business builder pack for $299.00.

Compensation Plan

3000BC Advisors can earn up to 35% commission on their personal sales. Base commission is 25% and Advisors can earn a bonus of 5%-10% for higher levels of sales. They can earn additional bonuses on the commissionable volume of Advisors in their sales team, up to three levels deep. Advisors can also earn additional cash rewards as they advance in rank.
